Do the bags come with hardware for mounting?
Unless otherwise mentioned in the description provided of the product, the bags fit bikes that are already equipped with a stud and bold. Some bags are quipped with a strap on system that will fit univeral.
After receiving your product, if you are not happy with the quality or workmanship, you may return the product within 5 days of receiving it. Items will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Please expect 7 to 10 business days for actual delivery.
